A lesson in local history from radio personality and author Chuck D'Imperio
"Big Chuck" D'Imperio is one of New York State's longest tenured morning drive radio hosts. He is the author of three books. "Great Graves of Upstate New York: The Upstate New York Final Resting Places of 70 True American Legends" has been acclaimed by New York Times best-selling author Patricia Shultz as "engaging, informative, interesting and fun!" Chuck's other books are "My Town Is A Cathedral" a humorous and sentimental look at growing up in Smalltown America in the 1950s and 1960s (Sidney, New York), and the soon to be released "Monumentally New York" (Syracuse University Press) which is a guide book to the famous monuments, memorials and statues dotting the Upstate New York landscape.
This event coincides with the weekly Franklin Farmers' Market.
